Every EquipReturns recovery follows the same four stops, so HR, IT, and finance are all looking at the same record.
Initiate recovery directly from your HR platform or our dashboard. The departing employee's assigned kit is pulled automatically — no inventory spreadsheet archaeology.
The employee receives a prepaid label or a device-matched box kit, depending on the return method your team selects.
The employee drops the package at a carrier location or uses a scheduled doorstep courier. Each shipment is tracked against a custody ID.
We receive and verify the shipment, then complete any optional wipe, storage, redeployment, or disposal services selected for the order.
