Standard Drop-Off

Shipping included. The employee receives a prepaid QR return label, packs the device in suitable packaging, and drops it at a retail carrier location — the most economical option for straightforward returns.
Full-Service Box Kit
$155 / asset
Shipping included. A device-matched box kit with anti-static packaging and a prepaid return label is sent to the employee, who drops the sealed box at any nearby carrier location.
Doorstep Courier Pickup
$185 / asset
Shipping included. The same device-matched box kit and prepaid return label are sent to the employee — then a courier collects the sealed box from their door, so there's no trip to a carrier location.
Certified Data Wipe & Cleaning
$15 / asset
Erasure consistent with NIST SP 800-88 guidelines, a sanitization certificate, and physical cleaning and disinfection.
Device Storage
$20 / device / month
Secure inventory warehousing, asset tracking, and condition monitoring. Additional devices in storage for the same company are $12 / device / month.
Redeployment / Refurbishment

Re-imaging, asset re-tagging, cosmetic grading, and prep for reissue to a new employee.
Certified E-Waste Disposal

Certified recycling and destruction, documented chain of custody, and a certificate of destruction for devices you don't want back.
Additional Shipping Insurance

Optional coverage above the standard protection included with every return. You declare the value of the devices in the return and we insure the shipment — a $2,500 declared value costs $31.25.
The base fee buys guaranteed capacity and platform access, and scales down with company size. Every band gets a flat 10% off all return tiers and add-ons — you still pay the discounted per-return fee only when a device actually ships. No minimums.
